Rachel Ann McCall

With a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am passionate about supporting adults and adolescents through a range of life’s challenges - whether it be those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or anyone who is trying to make change in their life or explore a sense of self and identity. As a professional singer and experienced communications advisor I’m also keen to work with people who experience performance anxiety or mental health challenges surrounding working in the arts industry, as well as issues associated with perfectionism, work and study pressure.

I use an integrated approach that is tailored to client needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulnesss-based therapies, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).

I believe that every person is unique who has inherent strengths and intuition. In addition to my experience as a performer and communications advisor, I am a qualified teacher and bring a wealth of life experience and interests to my practice. I am interested in working with adults and adolescents across a broad range of mental health concerns.
